Aspelin Associates is currently in the process of developing an architect led design/build LLC corporation. With the architect in charge, accurate detailed cost estimates can be developed as early as the end of the design stage. The project can be fast-tracked saving months of development time. The architect and contractor are the same LLC and there is no bidding or searching for a builder. One source responsibility gives you the benefit of fast-track project delivery and follow through to the finest of details
